Returns Policy   Returns are not accepted on any items ordered from the Western Campus Retail Store except when items sold as "New" that contain manufacturing errors such as missing or improperly sequenced pages when items shipped are different than the items ordered. In such cases, the ISBN will be the deciding criterium. Customers must request a Return Authorization from Western Campus within seven days of receipt of the item in question.   Requests for a Return Authorization should be sent to Russell@WesternCampus.ca.
